Zara McDermott may have found fame on Love Island., but she’s since turned her hand to TV presenting.
The 25 year old, who recently opened up about her and boyfriend Sam Thompson’s relationship, has fronted two BBC documentaries, and is now hosting brand new dating show Love In The Flesh.
The new BBC Three programme kicked off tonight (Wednesday 23 March) and follows five couples as they meet each other for the first time after falling head over heels online.
The new presenting gig is understandably a huge moment for Zara, and she’s celebrated the launch of the show by hosting a huge party at the sprawling home she shares with 29 year old Sam.

Zara had given the pair’s open plan kitchen and living room a complete makeover, and invited a selection of her close pals round to celebrate and watch the very first episode of her new show.
The 25 year old excitedly posed in her kitchen, as she modelled a denim shirt dress with her signature brunette locks swept back into a bun.
She told her followers: “I HAD A LOVE IN THE FLESH PARTY not long to go until episode 1 airs on BBC3 and iPlayer just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported this show so far, I know so many of you are going to love it. I had such an incredible time making this show. It’s such an honour,” alongside several red heart emojis.
Zara’s followers were quick to congratulate her, with one person writing: “So proud of you x,” as another added: “Amazing Zara congratulations”.
She gave her fans a glimpse inside the lavish celebrations, which included a huge collection of colourful balloons.
Pink, green, yellow and blue balloons filled the staircase, and had also been dotted around the entire room. Several of the decorations had Love In The Flesh printed across them, and Zara wasted no time posing for a picture alongside the balloon displays.
Across her and Sam’s enormous kitchen island was a stunning selection of snacks for their guests, including donuts, fruit, and macaroons.
No party is complete without a cake, and Zara had a lavish two-tiered celebratory cake designed which was displayed on a gold board.
On the top of the cake was a picture of Zara modelling a pink crop top and matching skirt, with the name of her new show printed next to her.
Made in Chelsea star Sam took to his Instagram Stories to show off the delicious treat, before telling his followers he was “so proud” of his girlfriend.
The countdown soon began, and Zara shared several clips to her Instagram Stories and she and her pals prepared themselves for the first episode to air.
The star said: “30 mins to go until LOVE IN THE FLESH!!!!!!!!” as she captured her pals patiently waiting on the sofa.
Zara’s party comes after she recently opened up to OK! about the new dating show, and denied it was similar to Love Island.
She tackled the comparisons head on, as she told OK!: “I think there’s plenty of room for every dating show that’s out there because they all have different premises, and different missions.
“This show is about couples who have already met online and already know each other. We see that incredible moment that they meet for the first time and look at how that relationship can survive when you strip away all the technology that they are used to.”
Love In The Flesh episode one is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
