I have been on every possible diet, paid out thousands to the exercise industry and yet I still have 24kg of fat to lose before I reach a healthy BMI.

DEIDRE SAYS: It sounds like you need to get back to basics. You don’t need to put all your energies and money into the diet and exercise industries.
Stop crash-dieting and binge exercising. Ask your GP to refer you to a nutritionist and dietician. Make sure they are someone who is specialised in disordered eating.
