Stacey Solomon has given a glimpse inside her idyllic beach day with her three sons.
The 31 year old, who is pregnant with her first daughter and second child with fiancé Joe Swash, 39, spent the day at Mersea Island in Essex with her sons Zachary, 13, Leighton, nine, and two year old Rex.
Stacey revealed that she had rented an adorable red beach hut, named Kitty, from The Little Beach Hut Company, which is priced at £80 per day, and features deck chairs, a changing room, a large sink for washing up USB phone charger sockets.
The Tap to Tidy author shared a snap of a cup of tea while Rex played on the sand, captioned: “Good morning. Building work is happening in the utility room today so we got up bright and early and headed straight to the seaside.
“Joe’s working so it’s just me and the boys and lot’s of sand in the picnic I packed. I can’t wait to get home later and see what’s happened.”
Stacey also gave a tour of the pretty red beach hut which featured floral bunting, polka dot seat covers and views overlooking the sea.
She penned: “I booked a little beach hut for the day to try and make it a bit easier. And it’s the cutest thing I have ever seen. I’ve never been to one of these before. I didn’t realise how lovely it would be. Toes up to the beach hut.”
Stacey also laid out a blue rug on the sand along with scatter cushions as she soaked up the sunshine while her boys played on the sand.
The proud mum-of-three shared a sweet picture of her eldest Zachary and youngest Rex as they played on the beach together.
Little Rex appeared to be in his element on the beach as he collected snail shells and handed them to mum Stacey.
Sharing a candid snap of her three boys on the steps of the beach hut, she wrote: “Time to pack up and go home. Rex is fast asleep and the boys and me are exhausted.
“We booked this hut through @littlebeachhutcompany and it was so worth it. Just to have somewhere to make a cuppa, lay down for nap time, have somewhere shaded and store everything.”
It comes after pregnancy hormones got the better of mum-to-be Stacey who started getting upset during Rex’s first trim.
She explained that: “I felt really emotional but Penny who is cutting it has been cutting Joe’s hair for 11 years and mine for 5 so it felt a little bit special.”
