Most of the time, there is nothing more precious than the relationship between a father and his daughter.
However, sometimes a child’s uncanny ability to be both completely honest and unfiltered can create little cracks in that relationship, cracks many parents probably never saw coming.
And that’s pretty much what happened to Justin Weissman.
As the dad shared on his Facebook page, while leaving their home with his little girl, his security camera caught what he described as both a “precious and humbling” conversation with his little girl.
Not only do security cameras help protect you and your property, every once in a while, if you’re lucky, they capture the most precious and humbling moments. #justhowiwantedtostartmysunday#atleastillneverhavetowonder#iappreciateherhonesty#mommydoesntdomickeyorkermitvoicesDisclaimer: This content is exclusively managed by Caters News. At the beginning of the video, Weissman’s daughter can be heard saying, “I love you, dad,” before the father replies, “I love you too.”
And that is when, as Weissman admits, the conversation goes from precious to humbling.
Soon after Weissman tells his daughter that he loves her too, the little girl makes sure her father doesn’t get too big of a head, adding:
“Not as much as mommy.”
The father had no other words to say other than, “Alright, thank you for that.”
Weissman captioned the video:

He included the hashtags, “Just how I wanted to start my Sunday,” “At least I’ll never have to wonder,” “I appreciate her honesty,” and “Mommy doesn’t do Mickey or Kermit voices.”
The hilarious video has since gone viral after being viewed over 2.6 million times and share more than 37,000 times.
Some people said in response to the video:
If kids can pick favorites then we can pick our favorite kid.
My little boy seems determined to let me know daily that he loves his new little brother more than me and I’m good with that.
You learn to swallow a lot of pride when kids say the darndest things lol. Definitely got my share of mommy being the fav for a while.
Kids really do say the darndest things, don’t they?
