A man has confessed to a ‘money-saving’ shampoo habit.
However, some people have been baffled by how he actually made it work.
The man took to popular Twitter account @fesshole to share his admission. The account sees people share their biggest and darkest secrets with the internet.
And the bloke decided to use it to get his “hack” off his chest.
He confessed that when he was at university, he never actually paid for shampoo.
Instead, he said he would head on down to Tesco, squirt some shampoo in his hand, then wash his hair when he got home.
A post on the account read: “I used to squirt shampoo into my hand at Tesco on the walk back from uni, and walk home and straight into the shower with it clasped there, to save having to waste money on it.”
The tweet has since gone viral, racking up more than 4,000 likes.
However, some people were left baffled over his confession.
One person asked: “Why not just squirt it in to your hair?”
However, someone else replied: “Because then you’d have to walk home with shampoo in your hair…”
Another asked: “You have clean hair but what about the rest of you? I assume you buy soap or shower gel? Toothpaste? So many questions…”
Meanwhile a third added: “I’m trying to work out how you navigated jumper removal with shampoo in hand before your shower…”
Despite the confusion from some, others admitted they were impressed by the man’s out-of-the-box thinking (despite the fact it’s stealing).
One wrote: “As a tight northerner I feel I must applaud this.”
While another quipped: “Head and shoulders above other money saving tips here.”
