The 15-years-old Charleigh Huffman, who was last spotted on the last Monday morning and suspected to travel with the convicted Hilario Maldonado, is back at home on Monday afternoon, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
In the past week, the Floridian authorities were looking for Huffman who left home early Monday morning and went missing for which a suspect was arrested.
According to WESH, Huffman was last spotted at her home in DeBary around 4:15 in morning. The detectives believed that Huffman might have been travelling with 29-years-old Hilario Maldonado. On Monday afternoon, Maldonado was arrested by the police in his DeLand home, while Huffman was still missing.
The relationship of Huffman and Moldonado is not yet know, though Moldonado was facing the charges for child custody interference. According to Volusia Sheriff’s Office, prior to his arrest, Moldonado was a convicted person and was believed to be armed.
But, now Huffman has returned home and no further details about the investigation is revealed yet.
