As per report, a 3-years-old Oregon boy died on Friday night after he found a handgun in his home and unknowingly shot himself in the head.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, James Kenneth, the boy, Lindquester took the gun out of an end table drawer in a bedroom before 10 p.m. at his Aloha home and shot himself.
Deputies, along with Metro West and Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue officials, administered life-saving efforts and transported the boy to an area hospital.
Through the television station, it is being reported that the child was dead shortly after midnight.
The sheriff’s office is still investigating the case.
The family is very much disturbeb and submitted photographs to the sheriff’s office so that it can be shared publicly.
This includes the boy smiling as he sits on a lawn, him being embraced by a woman in front of a birthday cake, and a closeup shot of him smiling.
The sheriff’s officer reported that an autopsy will be conducted at the Oregon Medical Examiner’s office.
